About the Role
ControlUp is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their Creative team and shape the future direction of their platform. This role involves building unified, forward-thinking experiences and tackling complex design challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and refine user funnels and workflows from initial concept through usability testing and iteration
- →Employ strategic design thinking to craft innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- →Conduct user research to identify pain points and develop effective UX solutions
- →Produce detailed design deliverables including vision statements, specifications, wireframes, and prototypes
- →Collaborate with Design team, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver outstanding products
- →Lead initiatives to improve workflows and collaboration across teams
- →Coordinate and facilitate usability testing and user research activities
- →Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for new approaches
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Designer working on complex B2B systems
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose multiple solutions
- ✓Deep knowledge of user-centered design best practices and trends
- ✓Demonstrated ability to design intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing products
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- ✓Proven experience managing the entire UX process from ideation to customer feedback
- ✓Familiarity with AI technologies is a plus
- ✓Experience leading significant UX design projects
- ✓Advanced English proficiency
- ✓Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ✓Portfolio required
