We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our NYC-based team and lead the evolution of our consumer lending marketplace. This role involves working with a sophisticated stack featuring Python, Django, and PostgreSQL to build high-performance infrastructure that powers nationwide transactions.

Requirements

- ✓Experience in high-trust, cross-functional environments
- ✓Proactive, solution-oriented approach with accountability for project outcomes
- ✓Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- ✓Experience mentoring junior talent and fostering growth
- ✓BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
