About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer to join a Data Applications team focused on delivering secure, user-facing analytics solutions that support operational and leadership decision-making. This role involves designing, building, and sustaining enterprise dashboards and reporting platforms integrated with complex healthcare data environments.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau, Qlik, or similar enterprise BI platforms
→Build and optimize backend queries leveraging SQL Server and structured data models to support scalable reporting
→Integrate analytics into secure data applications and collaborate with full-stack teams to embed insights into user workflows
→Support administration and performance tuning of BI environments, including platform configuration and optimization
→Partner with functional stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful visualizations and operational metrics
→Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business context
→Contribute to iterative delivery within Agile environments, supporting enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement

Requirements

✓Experience developing enterprise dashboards and analytics solutions in complex environments
✓Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts
✓Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or similar tools
✓Understanding of visualization best practices and user-centered analytics design
✓Experience working with healthcare or regulated datasets is a plus
✓Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
✓Strong communication skills and comfort working in Agile delivery environments
✓Prior experience supporting DHA or federal healthcare programs is preferred
✓Bachelor’s Degree
