About the Role
We are seeking an AI Solution Developer to join the NEA team. This role involves designing and implementing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub, focusing on RAG pipelines, custom copilots, and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub
- →Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs
- →Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering and model orchestration
- →Build connectors and APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing NEA systems
- →Ensure operational reliability, performance, and security of AI services
- →Establish monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement mechanisms
- →Maintain version control, documentation, and traceability of AI models and workflows
- →Work closely with NEA Heads of Division and Office to identify AI integration opportunities
- →Conduct workshops and design sprints to elicit requirements and co-develop prototypes
- →Contribute to the NEA AI strategy and roadmap
- →Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance of AI systems
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub
- ✓Strong understanding of RAG pipelines, custom copilots, and AI-assisted workflows
- ✓Proficiency in prompt engineering and model orchestration
- ✓Experience with integrating AI capabilities with systems like Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Invenio RDM
- ✓Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement mechanisms
- ✓Familiarity with version control, documentation, and traceability practices
- ✓Ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify AI integration opportunities
- ✓Experience with conducting workshops and design sprints
- ✓Understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance requirements
- ✓Strong problem-solving and communication skills
