About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solution Developer to join the NEA team. This role involves designing and implementing AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub, focusing on RAG pipelines, custom copilots, and AI-assisted workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Hub
- →Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs
- →Develop and fine-tune prompt engineering and model orchestration
- →Build connectors and APIs to integrate AI capabilities with existing NEA systems
- →Ensure operational reliability, performance, and security of AI services
- →Establish monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement mechanisms
- →Maintain version control, documentation, and traceability of AI models and workflows
- →Stakeholder Engagement and Capacity Building
- →Work closely with NEA Heads of Division and Office to identify AI integration opportunities
- →Support the development of AI competencies in the IT team
- →Conduct workshops and design sprints to elicit requirements and co-develop prototypes
- →Provide training and guidance to end users on using AI tools securely and effectively
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement AI-based opportunities
