The Renewals Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Manager with a strong bias towards action who can identify gaps, effectively prioritize and mobilize resources to accomplish Oktaβs overarching goals. The current team is a small and highly leveraged group that spikes in systems design, business partnership and getting stuff done. Weβre looking for a senior team member who can complement the current teamβs expertise with strong systems knowledge, but also stretch our analytical thinking skills and help us better understand our customers. This individual should be organized and be able to lead complex long-term projects as well as ad hoc requests requiring quick turnaround. This is a very cross-functional role, requiring partnership with Oktaβs Customer First, CPQ, revenue operations, FP&A and data and analytics teams.
What Youβll Do
β’ Break down renewals objectives into a cohesive plan; identify specific opportunities through analysis, understand drivers, and establish goals with metrics and milestones to help get us there
β’ Lead execution of large-scale, cross-functional projects that directly impact business results
β’ Clearly and concisely communicate findings to senior management and executive team
β’ Act as the primary business partner for renewals functions; support leadership team in setting targets, systems enhancements and ongoing reporting needs
β’ Partner with renewals leadership to drive process improvements to reduce churn
β’ Support renewals forecasting and commissions administration and planning
β’ Partner closely with data and analytics team on Renewals reporting needs and data accuracy
β’ Support capacity and resourcing models in coordination with FP&A and leadership teams; heavily support annual budget planning exercise
β’ Identify process automation and improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to drive these initiatives
Skills
β’ Excellent reporting and analytical skills; 6+ years of experience in an operational analytics/reporting role, preferably with a post-sales focus
β’ Significant knowledge and experience in Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Jira, Clari is a bonus!
β’ Gainsight knowledge and reporting experience desired
β’ Strong understanding of SaaS financial and business metrics
β’ Demonstrate ability to collect and assess data as well as be able to present it in an actionable and insightful way
β’ Excellent organizational skills - role will be expected to work on multiple projects concurrently with varying priority
β’ Structured, logical, and creative thinking: the ability to dissect a problem using a critical approach and iteratively test solutions
β’ Established track record in driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-thought out recommendations
β’ Experience leading annual budget planning process is a plus

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:$128,000β$176,000 USD
