About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Okta, The World’s Identity Company. This role focuses on driving demand and awareness for our market-leading cloud Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Uncover and approach prospects to generate new business opportunities
→Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists
→Research and build new and existing accounts
→Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives
→Evangelize Okta and the On-Demand mode
→Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities

Requirements

✓Previous prospecting experience
✓Experience in working to sales targets or under time pressure
✓Salesforce.com experience
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Strong problem-solving skills
✓Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
✓Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
