About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst who wants to be a key architect in scaling our global Go-To-Market (GTM) engine at Okta, The World’s Identity Company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership, helping them navigate annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and real-time execution.
- →Full-Cycle FP&A: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for key functional teams within the CRO organization.
- →Pipeline & Growth Analytics: Architect our Pipegen reporting, including weekly/monthly management-level reporting, tracking Pipegen trends, top of the funnel health, and conversion rates.
- →Performance Insights: Track leading indicators and key metrics to identify operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.
- →Operational Scale: Lead projects to improve our systems (Anaplan, Tableau, etc.) and streamline reporting on a rapidly growing business.
- →Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with the Controllership and Corporate FP&A teams to ensure seamless month-end closes and long-range strategic planning.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- ✓B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- ✓Proficiency with Anaplan, Tableau, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
- ✓Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- ✓Foundational knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
