About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist to join Okta, The World’s Identity Company. This role focuses on building and executing marketing strategies for Auth0 Developers, collaborating with various teams to drive customer acquisition and maximize goals.

Key Responsibilities

→Build the marketing strategy for Auth0 Developers, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Developer Led Growth teams.
→Act as a bridge between Marketing and Developer Led Growth teams to ensure marketing strategy aligns with DLG funnel goals.
→Partner with Marketing for nurture campaigns, webinars, social media, and blog posts that highlight Auth0’s support for startups, developers, and nonprofit organizations.
→Champion Developer Experience by advocating for Auth0’s developer-centric features and leading product launches.
→Stay informed about the identity landscape, Auth0 solutions, and developer use cases to inform strategy and execution.
→Create and maintain non-technical content such as web copy, demos, videos, workshops, tutorials, blogs, and events.
→Develop Messaging & Positioning by crafting clear, concise, and developer-friendly messaging for Auth0’s solutions.
→Contribute to the full lifecycle of campaigns, from ideation to launch and optimization, including Paid and Digital marketing.

Requirements

✓Experience in communicating directly with developers and working with organizations/platforms that service them.
✓Strong understanding of the unique needs of the developer persona.
✓Proficiency in reporting funnel metrics.
✓Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
✓Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous business environment across time zones.
✓Transparency and comfort working with open communication channels.
✓Experience launching products, developing messaging, and product positioning.
✓Comfort in picking up dropped balls and helping projects get to the finish line.
✓Proven ability to develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for technical products.
