Staff Program Manager - TDI Strategy & Planning at Okta

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to join our Technology, Data & Intelligence (TDI) organization at Okta. This role will be responsible for organizing and leading the portfolio management framework and program reviews across the TDI portfolio, as well as strategic programs within the Strategy & Planning area.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles across the TDI portfolio
• →Facilitate executive reviews and QBRs to track and communicate progress
• →Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into portfolio health and business impact
• →Act as a strategic advisor to align TDI investments with company goals and VMTs
• →Manage intake and prioritization frameworks across the TDI portfolio
• →Drive successful adoption of portfolio management rituals and solution frameworks
• →Create executive summaries and dashboard views to show delivery status of programs across the TDI portfolio
• →Identify and lead end-to-end improvements across the TDI portfolio management framework
• →Lead execution of cross-functional strategy and planning programs using Agile and hybrid methodologies
• →Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and tied to business outcomes
• →Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, and execution
