About The Team Our Trading Product Group leads the design of all the products on OKX's derivatives trading exchange, including spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, trading options etc. We are seeking a senior trading product manager to join the Global Trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of our new product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of global traders in the opportunity discovery phase. What You’ll Be Doing • Responsible for the overall planning and design of algorithm and labeling platform for crypto content platform and push system, covering all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, data analysis, feature planning, prototyping, and iterative optimization. • Develop and optimize content-based push strategies to improve user activation and trading conversion. • Design evaluation frameworks and methodologies to measure recommendation/search/push strategy effectiveness and drive continuous optimization. • Plan and design AI products for CEX, such as market recommendations and trade opportunity discovery. • Collaborate closely with business teams, algorithm engineers, and other departments to deeply understand business processes and pain points, identifying and analyzing the needs of AI and labeling products. • Conduct in-depth research on trends in the application of AI within the crypto industry, target user needs, and competitive landscape to develop product strategies that ensure market competitiveness. What We Look For In You • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields. • 5+ years experience in AI and recommendation related area. • Proven experience in designing and managing AI and recommendation products, with an understanding of common machine learning and AI algorithms, application scenarios, and fundamental principles. • Strong data sensitivity and data analysis skills, with the ability to develop product optimization plans based on data insights. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient collaboration with technical, business, and other cross-functional teams.
