About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join OKX, a leading crypto exchange. This role focuses on scaling and optimizing the US go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Optimize processes across GTM teams, improving handoffs, SLAs, and customer experience
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- →Partner with Product, Finance, Legal/Compliance/Risk, and Marketing to improve execution
- →Build KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to track targets and campaign performance
- →Optimize CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tooling
- →Support demand generation execution and campaign operations
- →Assist with budget approvals, tracking, ROI analysis, and forecasting
- →Ensure GTM operations adhere to legal and data privacy standards
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in growth ops, marketing ops, CRM, or related roles
- ✓Strong analytics and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Crypto/fintech experience is a plus
- ✓Fluent in English
