About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team at OKX, a leading crypto exchange. You will be responsible for driving product growth and execution of our pay, card, and crypto-related products, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and market demands
- →Drive product development from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering and design teams
- →Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
- →Design and implement product-led experiments to boost conversion rates and user retention
- →Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and inform strategic decisions
- →Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives
- →Drive market expansion, particularly in European and American markets
- →Plan and execute successful product launches
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in payments networks or crypto firms
- ✓Proven success in driving product growth
- ✓User-centric mindset with experience in user research methodologies
- ✓Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools and A/B testing
- ✓Practical understanding of payments, payment networks, stablecoins, cryptocurrencies, and related concepts
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Strong collaboration skills with a proven track record of driving consensus in fast-paced environments
- ✓Adaptability to work in a rapidly evolving industry
