About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on growth leader to help OKX scale internationally beyond Google and Meta. This role focuses on identifying and leveraging under-the-radar, high-trust, high-ROI growth channels in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Deeply research target markets (SEA, LATAM, Middle East, or specific regions in Europe/North America) to identify high-conversion, non-mainstream channels
→Source and collaborate with overseas grassroots creators and KOCs to build long-term partnerships
→Identify and execute co-marketing initiatives with partners that provide unique traffic entry points
→Tailor content and messaging to each channel’s cultural and contextual nuances
→Monitor competitors’ activities in less visible channels and capture untapped traffic opportunities

Requirements

✓3+ years of international growth experience, ideally supporting Chinese companies going global
✓Strong instinct for long-tail channels and the ability to find opportunities in non-traditional places
✓Cross-cultural fluency with strong English or other language skills
✓High ownership and resilience to build from 0→1 in fragmented, early-stage channels
✓Data-driven execution with the ability to evaluate ROI across scattered traffic sources
