About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and scale operational activities for OKX in Turkey. This role will ensure efficient local operations, support regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience for users and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities for the Turkish market
- →Develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth and efficiency
- →Monitor operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- →Support the successful launch and operational rollout of new products and services
- →Partner onboarding and integration management (bank partnerships, KYC integrations, payment rails)
- →Lead go-to-market execution for new product launches in the Turkish market
- →Act as a key operational bridge between local teams and global functions
- →Partner closely with teams including Compliance, Risk, Product, Customer Support, Marketing, and Business Development
- →Ensure smooth coordination across departments for operational initiatives and market expansion activities
- →Conduct structured competitive analysis across local and regional peers
- →Produce executive-level problem reports and strategic briefs for senior stakeholders
- →Work closely with internal compliance and legal teams to ensure operational processes align with Turkish regulatory requirements
- →Monitor regulatory developments and help adapt operational practices accordingly
- →Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- →Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for the region
- →Collaborate with regional and global leadership teams on strategic initiatives for Turkey
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- ✓6+ years of experience in operations, business management, strategy, or a similar role
- ✓Experience working in crypto, fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology companies
- ✓Strong understanding of the Turkish market and regulatory environment
- ✓Proven ability to design and improve operational processes in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- ✓Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- ✓Experience working directly with compliance, product, and engineering teams to deliver regulated product features
- ✓Demonstrated ability to structure and communicate complex operational or product gaps to executive audiences
