About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team at OLIVER. This role focuses on bringing Doves social media presence to life daily, managing content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

→Content-Planning & Publishing: Maintain content calendar, plan and publish platform-appropriate content including accessibility features, coordinate with creative team and creators.
→Community-Management: Daily monitoring, respond to comments/messages, proactive community engagement and reactive posts for trends.
→Performance & Reporting: Monitor reach, engagement, saves/shares and audience growth; regular reports and insights.
→Collaboration: Briefings for creators/designers, coordination with brand team, support in campaign and launch planning.
→Trends & Platform-Expertise: Track platform updates, suggest new formats and implement best practices for organic reach.

Requirements

✓3–5 years experience in social media management (Consumer Brands, ideally Beauty/Personal Care/FMCG).
✓German at C2 level and fluent English.
✓Strong platform knowledge (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.), experience with content formats, algorithms and publishing workflows.
✓Strong copywriting skills and experience in community management.
✓Familiarity with social tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout) and platform analytics.
✓Good organizational skills, multitasking and attention to detail.
✓Interest in social culture, trends and the beauty industry.
✓Proactive, team-oriented work style.
✓Basic knowledge of Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai etc.) for supporting texts, ideas and reporting.
