About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at OLIVER, a global specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. This role focuses on developing and implementing social media strategies for major international food brands across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement social media content strategies and serve as the strategic reference for clients
- →Create social media playbooks and guidelines (content, community management, influence, etc.) aligned with brand strategies
- →Support the creative team in content development
- →Supervise content adoption by creative studios in various markets (France, USA, Middle East, etc.) and ensure compliance
- →Provide captions to guide and inspire creative studios
- →Produce and present monthly performance reports
- →Conduct social media and pop culture monitoring (trends, formats, algorithms) to maintain excellence
Requirements
- ✓At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, in a creative agency or internal studio
- ✓In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and how brands can best leverage them
- ✓Experience with major brands, preferably in the food sector
- ✓Strong sensitivity to pop culture, social media trends, and creative ideas
- ✓Ability to analyze and present performance data
- ✓Proficiency with social media management tools (Talkwalker, Hootsuite, etc.)
- ✓Ability to work both independently (organization, proactivity) and as part of a team (positive, collaborative, sociable)
- ✓Ability to work with clients (listening, proposal, diplomacy)
- ✓Excellent writing skills
- ✓Perfect command of French and English (oral and written)
