About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. This role focuses on creating stunning and effective digital media campaigns for leading contemporary brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Producing beautiful and innovative designs for websites, e-commerce pages, and social media channels
- →Developing a deep understanding of target audiences and client’s marketing strategy to deliver high-quality results
- →Working closely with Sr. Designer to support pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies
- →Managing the preparation of all finished files that comply with the correct output specifications
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 1 year experience as a digital designer with a passion for design and conception
- ✓Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation
- ✓Attention to detail with the ability to work under own initiative
- ✓Confident in bringing innovative ideas and creativity to projects while working within design guidelines
- ✓Excellent Adobe CS skills and understanding of design principles
- ✓Awareness of UX, UI, and Responsive Design trends
- ✓Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus
- ✓Retouching experience and skills to mid-level
- ✓Expertise in beauty and FMCG brands
- ✓Confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment
- ✓Passionate and inspiring creative with the aptitude to learn new software efficiently
