About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join Carta's Singapore office as the primary recruiting resource for the AMEA region. This role will play a critical part in shaping Carta's growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle and attracting top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing
- →Adapt to evolving headcount needs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- →Drive strategic hiring decisions and implement best practices
- →Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive candidate experiences
- →Source top talent proactively using creative outreach strategies
- →Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in business recruiting within the AMEA region
- ✓Fintech or SaaS experience preferred
- ✓First principles thinking approach with strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to build trust and establish genuine relationships with hiring partners and candidates
- ✓Strong communication skills with a focus on coaching and feedback
- ✓Growth mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments
- ✓Strong attention to detail and operational excellence
