About the Role
We are looking for a Junior People Partner to join the People Asia Pacific team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies. This role will support talent management, employee relations, and business partnering, focusing on process improvement and strategic partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the rollout of key People initiatives and drive forward group projects
- →Drive engagement, development, and support through employee engagement activities
- →Identify gaps and implement changes to processes for better employee experience
- →Support the People Team with ad-hoc projects
- →Build and maintain knowledge of employees, objectives, and business processes
- →Support performance and merit review processes
- →Manage on-boarding of new starters and ensure background checks are completed
- →Liaise with Finance for payroll management
- →Provide advice and guidance to employees and line management
- →Ensure Singapore office administration is supported
- →Maintain knowledge of regional employment law
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years’ experience in human resources
- ✓Excellent employment law knowledge
- ✓Good communication and relationship management skills
- ✓Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- ✓Passion for AI and new technologies
- ✓Practical experience using Excel and HRIS systems
- ✓Advocate for inclusion and diversity
- ✓Proactive approach to improving HR activities
- ✓Team player with a passion for contributing to team success
