About the Role
We are looking for a People Partner to join the People Asia Pacific team at OLIVER, a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies. This role involves talent management, employee relations, and business partnering, with a focus on process improvement and supporting leaders, managers, and employees across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build deep personalized relationships with leadership stakeholder team and employees, and proactively support our people through their life, career and project experiences.
- →Work closely with the stakeholders to understand the business/practice strategy and current performance.
- →Proactively provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development.
- →Providing sound and timely HR advice on policy, process, employment law and best practice.
- →Support and advise stakeholders in relation to people issues, ensuring they understand the impact on both the individual and the business.
- →Manage employee relations issues that arise, including parental leave, flexible working, performance and absence management.
- →Drive employee engagement, talent development, and support through close partnership with the business.
- →Be a trusted partner who is ‘under the skin’ of the business but able to take a step back to ensure alignment with wider people objectives and initiatives.
- →Work with People Analytics Partners to interpret metrics and data and draw insights to support line management in making robust people and business decisions.
- →Lead on projects.
