About the Role

We are looking for an experienced analytics professional to join Olo’s central analytics team within the finance organization. This newly formed role will be critical to establishing a new baseline for quality reporting & analysis to drive business insights & unlock growth for Olo.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop & maintain a suite of reporting for Olo’s Go to Market & Finance Leadership teams, establishing new KPIs & leading indicators of success
→Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Snowflake, combining data from multiple systems
→Create and manage interactive dashboards using Tableau and Looker to visualize key performance metrics and insights
→Monitor data quality & work with stakeholder teams to build & maintain a culture of data hygiene
→Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and implementing solutions to improve data usability and accessibility
→Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, & AI

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
✓2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
✓Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, experience with querying Salesforce data a plus
✓Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Looker
✓Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud a plus
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
✓Ability to operate with ambiguity when technical requirements may need to be discovered
✓Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
