About the Role
We are looking for an intermediate Front End Software Engineer to join the 'Serve' team at Olo, a leading SaaS platform in the restaurant industry. This role involves building dynamic web ordering platforms that power major restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities
- →Demonstrate understanding of the 'Serve' team's domain and technology stack
- →Handle small-to-medium features independently and take ownership of moderately complex tasks
- →Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews
- →Collaborate with Product to refine requirements and shape solutions
- →Focus on delivering high-quality software solutions within timelines
- →Engage in troubleshooting and debugging efforts
- →Assist in deployment and monitoring of services
- →Contribute to building reliable distributed systems

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- ✓3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- ✓Proficient in React, TypeScript and NextJS
- ✓Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
- ✓Proficient in writing unit and integration tests
- ✓Familiarity with distributed systems (e.g., Redis, Kafka, AWS)
