About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team at OLX, working with Real Estate platforms across the EU region. This role involves analyzing buyer & seller interactions, optimizing user experience, and monetizing customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work in the Data Science team from a platform and marketplace perspective
- →Build, test, and deploy models to production
- →Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with other teams
- →Partner with Engineering and Product to deliver solutions
- →Work with Product Analytics to track KPIs of ML use cases
- →Partner with the Experimentation team to integrate KPIs into the A/B testing platform
- →Work in multi-functional teams in a diverse, multinational environment
Requirements
- ✓Located in Poland
- ✓At least 1 year of professional experience as a Data Scientist
- ✓Very strong analytical skills and solid background in statistics and modeling
- ✓Good knowledge of Python (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Pandas)
- ✓Very good knowledge of NLP and Deep Learning
- ✓Good knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- ✓Good understanding of engineering best practices
- ✓Hands-on experience with SQL
- ✓Experience with MLOps
- ✓Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong presentation skills
- ✓Able to work in diverse, multi-functional teams
