About the Role
The Global Operations Manager is a newly created, pivotal role within the team. Reporting into the Director of Global Operations & Project Management, this role works closely with stakeholders to ensure best operational processes are followed to deliver workstreams to the highest standard. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead and deliver operational excellence across various disciplines at a global level.

Requirements
- ✓Experience in Media Operations or Media Client Leadership
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Strong operational skills with examples of creating and running processes
- ✓High emotional intelligence and experience building relationships with stakeholders
- ✓Prior experience or interest in using AI and tools like MS Power-automate, PowerBI, smartsheets, Hive
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proactive and curious learner
- ✓Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
