About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Executive with a passion for sport to join a global agency setting. This role will support and lead on various areas of marketing and sponsorship activation, working with major motorsports rights holders to deliver world-class activations and content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the approvals workflow and act as a trusted advisor on guidelines, client toolkits, and processes
- →Create, manage, and circulate project management tools including project plans and status documents
- →Track and manage the fulfillment of sponsorship assets to ensure efficient utilization
- →Assist in developing process improvements for asset and talent management
- →Prepare comprehensive client reporting and present recommendations for improvement
- →Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners
- →Stay updated on the sponsorship landscape to provide best practice recommendations
- →Support on-site events, requiring global travel and some weekend work
Requirements
- ✓Experience in account management and sport sponsorship
- ✓Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- ✓Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive
- ✓Strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
- ✓Exceptional client servicing and communication skills
- ✓Attention to detail and rigor
- ✓Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships
- ✓Flexibility to work across time zones and international travel
