About the Role

Fuse is seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to support the global sponsorship activation of Rugby World Cup Australia 2027, for our client Asahi Super Dry. This role will report to an Account Director and involves leading and developing while working on a global sponsorship activation.

Key Responsibilities

→Take a leading responsibility in the success of a high-profile partnership between Asahi Super Dry and Rugby World Cup
→Create and deliver an activation strategy for Asahi Super Dry that reflects the brand’s objectives
→Build client trust quickly via consultation and value addition
→Oversee junior team members in managing the approvals workflow
→Create, manage, and circulate project management tools including project plans and status documents
→Develop process improvements and best practices for asset and talent management
→Track and manage the fulfilment of sponsorship assets
→Ensure the successful implementation of stadium and digital assets
→Prepare comprehensive client reporting and present recommendations for improvement
→Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners
→Manage junior team members and support their development

Requirements

✓Strong interpersonal skills and experience in coaching junior team members
✓Confidence in liaising with clients and partner organisations
✓Ability to manage projects independently
✓Knowledge of the sponsorship landscape
✓Experience in budget management and finance queries
✓Supervision of project finance queries including raising and management of supplier purchase orders
✓Budget ownership and work code management
✓Reconciliation and managing supplier payments
