About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional, product-minded Team Leader – Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help scale Omnea through its next phase of growth. This role combines hands-on technical excellence with technical leadership, helping guide Omnea as we continue the transition from start-up to scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take on additional responsibility for technical leadership and delivery ownership
- →Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure work aligns with company goals
- →Translate broader goals into a clear, prioritized plan for your team
- →Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
- →Own outcomes, not just output, taking responsibility for delivery and quality
- →Remain hands-on technically, contributing directly to building and shipping product
- →Help maintain a fast, reliable delivery cadence
- →Scale our product, architecture, and engineering processes
- →Ensure your team stays close to customers, responding quickly to feedback
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of shipping high-quality systems
- ✓Experience with Typescript and AWS is preferred
- ✓Ability to own delivery for a broader problem space
- ✓Understanding of how to build reliable, well-architected systems
- ✓Comfortable moving across the stack and solving hard problems
- ✓Strong team contributor with a history of helping other engineers
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information
