About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to serve as the primary interface between OmniOn Power and large strategic customers. This role will ensure alignment between R&D, operations, supply chain and customer expectations across new product introductions and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the focal point for all program-related matters for assigned strategic customers
- →Lead regular customer meetings and communications on program status, action items, issues, and risks
- →Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans and ensure mutual alignment
- →Drive internal alignment across R&D, FAEs, Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
- →Support program execution by tracking customer-impacting milestones and escalating risks
- →Ensure commercial readiness during the transition from development to production
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (technical degree preferred)
- ✓Strong partner-facing experience with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex customers
- ✓Comfortable working across functional boundaries including engineers and technical teams
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience using program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)
