THE ROLE
As a Social Producer/Content Specialist, you donβt just make content - you are the teamβs cultural guide and social expert. You instinctively know what earns attention, what feels native to the internet, and what people actually want to watch, share, and talk about. Youβll concept, shoot, edit, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and YouTube, with a sharp eye for culture, storytelling, and speed.
Youβll also help run the content machine: managing the content calendar, spotting trends before they peak, shaping what we should make next, and collaborating with creators and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into content that moves fast and hits hard. This role is for someone who can both create and quarterback. You will:
- Support the execution of a social-first brand strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms
- Monitor cultural trends, social behaviors, and creator/influencer content to inform day-to-day content creation
- Apply the brandβs voice, tone, and storytelling approach across social channels
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to ensure content aligns with broader campaign objectives
- Be our the ground social creator; responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, posting and iterating in real-time
- Produce a high volume of social-first content, balancing speed with quality
- Execute end-to-end content production including pre-production planning, on-set capture, and post-production editing using mobile and/or professional camera equipment
- Edit content using industry-standard and platform-native tools applying best practices for pacing, hooks, and audience retention
- Optimize content for platform-specific formats, ensuring proper framing, resolution, aspect ratios, captions, and use of trending audio
- Track social KPIs (engagement, reach, views, sentiment, creator performance) and compile performance reports
- Analyze content performance and provide insights to support ongoing optimization
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing within consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, internet culture, platform trends, and short-form video content
- Proven ability to concept, shoot, edit, and publish content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms
- Experience managing content calendars, balancing reactive and planned content, and translating performance insights into creative recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Partnerships, creators, and external talent in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and creative judgment skills, with a high-ownership and hands-on approach
- Bonus: On-camera experience or experience directing creators, talent, or influencer content
