About the Role
We are looking for a Treasury Leader to join OnePay, a consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans. This role will oversee the company’s end-to-end treasury operations, focusing on cash forecasting, cash strategy, liquidity management, funding execution, and banking partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Improve short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts
- →Design and optimize cash structures and bank account setups
- →Support the structuring and execution of funding arrangements
- →Enhance treasury reporting for management visibility
- →Strengthen treasury controls and operational processes
- →Ensure compliance with investment policies and capital requirements
- →Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams for regulatory alignment
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- ✓7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury or capital markets
- ✓Prior experience at a large bank or major fintech
- ✓Strong understanding of financial statements and cash management
- ✓Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- ✓Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with treasury systems and ERPs
