About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our US-based client's team. This role focuses on outbound sales activities targeting veterinary, dental, and optometry practice owners across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- →Launch outbound activity quickly and maintain 100+ outbound activities per day
- →Book 15+ qualified meetings per month with US-based prospects
- →Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- →Maintain accurate CRM records
- →Test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach channels
- →Adapt communication based on responses, objections, and market signals
- →Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion rates
- →Share call insights to strengthen positioning and messaging
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in outbound sales or SDR roles
- ✓Mandatory experience selling to the US market
- ✓Strong spoken and written English (business level)
- ✓Confidence communicating with US-based founders and executives
- ✓Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- ✓High level of discipline with CRM usage
- ✓Resilience, coachability, and performance orientation
- ✓Experience in healthcare, professional services, or B2B sales is a plus
