About the Role
We are seeking a Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights that inform product, operational, and business decisions. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and develop data-driven solutions with measurable impact. The position is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking and technical skills who enjoys solving ambiguous problems and communicating insights clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- →Build and validate statistical, predictive, or machine learning models
- →Design experiments and evaluate results to support business decisions
- →Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data needs
- →Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations
- →Create documentation and visualizations to communicate results effectively
- →Continuously improve data models, methodologies, and workflows
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Data Science or applied analytics roles
- ✓Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- ✓Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
- ✓Experience working with SQL and relational databases
- ✓Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical audiences
- ✓Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) is a plus
- ✓Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
- ✓Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus
- ✓Background in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus
