About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to handle Chinese market operations and PR for BrownDust 2 at NEOWIZ. This role involves managing social platforms, developing content marketing strategies, and leading multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and operate Chinese social platforms (Bilibili)
- →Develop and execute content promotion strategies to expand the fan base
- →Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives in partnership with creators
- →Operate and manage core user communities and plan community events
- →Collect and analyze VOC to ensure a stable service environment
- →Expand on-and-offline user touchpoints by managing pop-up stores
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in marketing or community management
- ✓Relevant experience in the ACG (Anime, Comic, and Games) industry
- ✓Strong understanding of the global subculture gaming market
- ✓Strong data analytical skills
- ✓A passion for ACG content
