About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical Product Marketing Manager to help drive adoption and growth of Codex. This role requires deep familiarity with developer tools, coding workflows, and modern AI-assisted development environments. Codex is becoming an essential AI collaborator for developers—helping them write, understand, and ship code faster across real production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead product launches for Codex and its underlying models
- →Develop compelling messaging and competitive positioning
- →Drive developer adoption and product growth
- →Create developer-focused content and narratives
- →Enable Sales and GTM teams
- →Develop a deep understanding of developer workflows
- →Bring developer insights back to Product and Engineering
- →Measure launch and campaign impact
Requirements
- ✓14+ years of experience in technical product marketing or developer marketing
- ✓Familiarity with developer tooling and workflows
- ✓Experience leading complex product launches
- ✓Understanding of developer workflows and tool adoption
- ✓Deep knowledge of the developer ecosystem and AI coding tools
- ✓Strong writing and storytelling skills
- ✓Effective collaboration across Product, Developer Experience, Sales, and Growth teams
- ✓Engineering background or degree (a plus but not required)
