About the Role
We are seeking an Implementation Manager I to lead and support a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants responsible for deploying OpenGov solutions. This role ensures customer implementations are completed on time, within budget, and with high satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Implementation Analysts and Consultants
- →Drive execution of high-quality customer implementations
- →Support team members in troubleshooting technical issues
- →Ensure delivery consistency and quality through implementation methodology
- →Provide hands-on support for complex projects
- →Understand customer pain points and partner with cross-functional teams
- →Track and manage team utilization, delivery metrics, and project portfolio
- →Apply sound judgment in balancing project priorities
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
- →Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio
- →Gather and share customer feedback to inform improvements
- →Support recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate experience
- ✓3 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS setting
- ✓GIS software experience strongly preferred
- ✓Experience working with customers at all organizational levels
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Strong leadership skills
- ✓Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- ✓Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and systems perspective
- ✓Strong Excel skills including Functions/Formulas
- ✓Experience delivering training or support to end users in government
- ✓Experience with government budgeting concepts or related fields
- ✓Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
