About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to join OpenTable, a global leader in restaurant technology. This role focuses on customer retention and revenue growth within the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work closely with customers to increase product adoption and grow their business
- →Become a trusted adviser to customers and influence ongoing retention
- →Maintain an experienced understanding of all OpenTable products and services
- →Proactively incorporate company strategies into your work
- →Share and implement standard methodologies with sales and restaurant relations teams
- →Be visible and frequently face-to-face with customers in the field
- →Stay current with organizational changes and initiatives
- →Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Passion for hospitality and technology
- ✓Restaurant management and/or sales experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- ✓Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to learn
- ✓Ability to influence and use data to guide decisions
- ✓Self-motivation and grit to thrive against expectations
- ✓Strong communication skills to establish trust quickly
- ✓Comfort working in an unstructured environment
- ✓Empathetic, team-orientated approach to sales
- ✓Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
- ✓Bilingual with strong English and Thai language skills
