About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings. This role involves designing end-to-end campaign and marketing experiences for restaurants to increase visibility and drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design end-to-end campaign and marketing experiences for restaurants
- →Shape systems within a B2B2C ecosystem to empower restaurants
- →Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- →Translate complex marketplace dynamics into intuitive experiences
- →Champion design decisions that balance restaurant ROI and diner value
- →Lead research and discovery with restaurant operators
- →Raise the bar for craft and systems thinking
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design
- ✓Experience designing for B2B2C experiences or solving complex workflows
- ✓Experience leading workshops with cross-functional partners
- ✓Led end-to-end user research initiatives
- ✓Strong visual and interaction design skills
- ✓Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience working with remote teams
- ✓Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools
