About the Role
We are seeking a Middle Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Python and .NET Core to join our engineering team at OPSWAT. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django) and .NET (ASP.NET Core).
- →Deliver frontend features using HTML, JavaScript, and React.
- →Design and evolve REST APIs, integrate third-party services.
- →Implement secure authentication flows and role-based access control.
- →Drive architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.
- →Improve performance through database optimization, caching, and async processing.
- →Mentor engineers and enhance team execution quality.
- →Own deployments and production reliability on AWS.
- →Maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure with IaC tools.
- →Operate AWS services including compute, data, networking, and observability.
- →Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature development, testing, and documentation.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack systems.
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Python backend development and .NET/C#.
- ✓Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- ✓Strong knowledge of SQL databases, schema design, and query tuning.
- ✓Production experience with AWS, Docker, and ECS/EKS.
- ✓Experience using AI coding tools in real projects.
- ✓Ability to lead technical decisions and deliver reliably.
