About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join OpusClip, the world's No.1 AI video agent. You will own the outcomes and renewals for our B2B customers, including major names in media and podcasting. This role requires building scalable success processes and driving customer adoption as we scale from 80 to 350+ B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a portfolio of B2B customers across search, API, and enterprise segments
- →Monitor customer health using data to identify at-risk accounts early
- →Conduct structured onboarding, check-ins, and quarterly business reviews
- →Develop custom success plans for strategic accounts
- →Close renewals up to $20k independently
- →Develop and document repeatable playbooks for onboarding and check-ins
- →Create automated sequences and self-serve resources for lower-touch accounts
- →Provide regular reporting on account health and renewal pipeline
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years in SaaS customer success, account management, or similar role
- ✓Experience managing a high-volume book of business (50+ accounts)
- ✓Track record of hitting renewal or retention targets
- ✓Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills
- ✓Experience with CRM and CS tools like HubSpot and Mixpanel
