About the Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team at Orion Innovation. This role focuses on leading development teams and facilitating the implementation of Scrum within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead teams of developers and facilitate the implementation of Scrum
→Act as a facilitator between different roles in the agile team
→Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement
→Ensure the correct application of agile principles
→Guarantee iterative and incremental value deliveries
→Foster self-management and collaboration between teams

Requirements

✓Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in multidisciplinary teams
✓Proven experience in implementing agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
✓Practical knowledge of agile management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello
✓Experience in software development, digital products, or technology projects
✓Desirable experience facilitating agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
✓Experience working in organizations undergoing digital transformation or agile adoption
✓Servant leadership and collaborative thinking
✓Excellent communication and facilitation skills
✓Ability to identify and remove obstacles affecting team efficiency
✓Results-oriented and commitment to continuous improvement
✓Deep knowledge of agile principles and values (Agile Manifesto)
✓Skill in mediating conflicts and fostering safe and participatory work environments
✓Strategic vision to align team work with business objectives
✓Intermediate or advanced English (desirable for international context)
✓University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
✓Certification as a Scrum Master (Scrum.org PSM I/II, Scrum Alliance CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
✓Other agile certifications (Product Owner, Kanban, Agile Coach, PMI-ACP) will be valued
✓Continuous training in agile methodologies, team coaching, or agile leadership will be a plus
✓Advanced English
