About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm. This role focuses on managing large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in the pharmaceutical domain.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage the planning and execution of large-scale digital integrations within commercial manufacturing in pharmaceutical domain
→Ensure delivery of intended outcomes while fostering collaboration to refine ideas and identify new requirements
→Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders
→Ensure project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms
→Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals
→Monitor and control schedule and financial health of assigned programs and projects
→Proactively remove obstacles to drive project momentum and progress
→Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful completion of assigned projects
→Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions
→Develop weekly and other project status reports per communication plan

Requirements

✓8-10+ years of strong project management experience in the Pharma industry and its associated regulatory processes
✓Certified PMP or equivalent is required
✓8-10+ years of experience with MS Project, SharePoint, and Excel
✓7+ years of experience in project management within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related industry
✓7+ years of experience implementing enterprise applications and integrations such as ERP, LIMS, MES
✓Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes
✓Knowledge of Quality Control processes and related regulatory standards
✓Experience with managing project cost, schedule, and quality management
✓Excellent leadership skills, including team management and stakeholder engagement
✓Excellent communication and team management skills
✓Strong ability to work cross-functionally and in multidisciplinary teams
✓Demonstrated experience fostering a collaborative work environment
✓Proficient in conducting comprehensive risk assessments
✓Skilled in developing and implementing mitigation plans to manage and reduce risks
✓Experience working with external Service Providers providing hosting and network services and managing offshore resources
