About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Orion Innovation, a global business and technology services firm. This role involves taking ownership of incidents and requests, working directly with users to investigate, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the enterprise application and its deployment
- →Provide regular status updates on incidents and coordinate with the global support team
- →Coordinate and escalate with internal teams to ensure efficient incident resolution
- →Ensure accurate capture and update of incident details during the incident lifecycle
- →Prioritize incidents and requests to meet service targets and SLAs
- →Participate in cross-functional war rooms and lead issue resolution when needed
- →Work within systems and procedures to ensure successful delivery of support
- →Reproduce issues and provide technical assessment and root cause analysis
- →Contribute to and improve Orion’s knowledge systems through authoring and maintaining knowledge collateral
- →Assist with unexpected events or failures to restore services rapidly
- →Investigate and diagnose issues with Azure resources
- →Provide workarounds and create SQL data fix scripts to resolve escalated incidents
Requirements
- ✓Strong technical skills in Angular/.NET/T-SQL/C# environment
- ✓Solid understanding of web technologies, ideally with .NET and SQL Server experience
- ✓Experience using Azure Portal and tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, KQL
- ✓Experience working with ITSM and ALM tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure DevOps, SharePoint
- ✓Experience working with debugging tools like POSTMAN, Swagger
- ✓Robust analysis and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to take ownership of problems while multitasking and prioritizing workload
- ✓Confident and strong communication skills
- ✓Ability to remain calm under pressure
- ✓Passionate about customer service
