Technical Lead Experience- 8-12 years Location- Kochi, Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET technologies, Angular, SQL databases, and modern application architecture principles. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, architectural thinking, and hands-on coding expertise. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. • Provide technical direction and mentorship to development teams. • Drive architecture discussions and enforce best coding practices. • Ensure adherence to Scrum methodologies and agile best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders. • Oversee database design, optimization, and performance tuning. • Ensure secure implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Review code, conduct technical audits, and ensure quality standards. • Support deployment, integration, and ongoing production support activities.
