About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join Oscar Health's Insurance Operations team. This role will lead strategy and execution of department-specific programs, partnering cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with department leadership to shape and advance strategic roadmaps
- →Lead end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives
- →Establish success criteria and analyze data to identify root causes
- →Develop executive-ready communications to articulate strategy
- →Facilitate department-wide forums and leadership meetings
- →Create prioritization frameworks for evaluating trade-offs
- →Design and implement operating playbooks and workflows
- →Support development of direct reports
Requirements
- ✓6+ years experience in strategy and operations
- ✓4+ years project planning and program management experience
- ✓Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
