About the Role
The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead the coordination of budgeting, monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting the department or our overall financial performance. This role requires extensive background in corporate FP&A and experience leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the consolidated budget and re-forecasting process to ensure total understanding of the operating plan, external guidance, and financial targets
- →Guide the production and analysis of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
- →Oversee the development of cost allocation management frameworks
- →Lead internal finance process improvements, including full oversight of financial planning systems
- →Manage corporate FP&A professionals, promoting a culture of excellence
- →Deliver concise financial results, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of public company experience in FP&A roles
- ✓5+ years of demonstrated mastery in analytical with expert financial modeling skills
- ✓5+ years of leadership experience in a public or large company FP&A environment
- ✓5+ years of experience leading comprehensive budgeting and planning processes
- ✓Expert proficiency in building and enhancing core FP&A tools and systems
