About the Role
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join Oscar Health's Product team. This senior role involves defining and driving complex product initiatives with strategic impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives to achieve key business objectives
- →Partner with stakeholders including department leaders across Product, Design, Engineering, Network and Claims Operations
- →Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership on resource trade-off decisions
- →Provide recommendations for product enhancements and new product development
- →Develop operating models for new products in partnership with leadership
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of product management experience
- ✓Comfort working in highly collaborative environments
- ✓Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- ✓Experience as an end-to-end thinker
- ✓Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels
