About the Role
We are looking for a Content Designer to join Outreach, a leader in Sales Engagement and Revenue Orchestration. This role focuses on ensuring our product platform’s message is compelling and consistent, helping to modernize and scale the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with a product team of designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
- →Establish content strategy for product areas, ensuring consistency across features
- →Write clear, concise, and compelling copy across multiple touchpoints
- →Build messaging frameworks and competitive audits
- →Evangelize the Content Design function and contribute to the voice and tone of the platform
- →Align with cross-functional peers on product goals and deliverables
- →Share work and gather feedback, providing actionable feedback in return
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, or related roles
- ✓Outstanding writing, editing, and content strategy skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong understanding of common design patterns and UX principles
- ✓Proven experience on content-led projects and highly-complex product work
- ✓Ability to collaborate successfully in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Passion for Content Design and building products with amazing people
- ✓Figma proficiency a plus
- ✓Portfolio of writing samples
