We are looking for a Sourcer to join our team at Outset, an AI-powered user interview platform used by global brands. This role involves partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical roles and priorities
- →Proactively source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, and other platforms
- →Build and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for key functions
- →Develop creative strategies for reaching passive talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- →Track metrics and leverage data to continuously improve sourcing effectiveness
- →Promote our employer brand through consistent, authentic outreach and storytelling
- →Stay current on market trends, competitive intelligence, and sourcing best practices
Requirements
- ✓3-6 years of hands-on sourcing experience, including at least 1 year at a startup
- ✓Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles
- ✓Proven ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates
- ✓Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Proficiency with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems - ideally Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter
