About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to join Outtake, a company building an agentic AI platform to detect and monitor AI-driven scams and identity abuse. This leader will be responsible for driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, designing and executing growth programs, and optimizing Outtake’s full demand engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own marketing pipeline targets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- →Drive predictable, scalable marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline in partnership with Sales
- →Build a demand engine that converts category awareness into revenue
- →Own field marketing strategy, aligned to regional sales priorities and key accounts
- →Design and execute high-impact strategic events
- →Own all digital demand channels, including paid media, website conversion, SEO, content distribution, and retargeting
- →Build repeatable campaign frameworks that can be launched quickly and measured clearly
- →Build and scale partner marketing programs with strategic partners, platforms, and alliances
- →Own marketing operations, including systems, attribution, routing, and reporting
- →Partner closely with Sales leadership on territory planning, account targeting, and campaign prioritization
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in growth, demand, or revenue marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- ✓Proven track record of owning and delivering marketing pipeline targets
- ✓Deep experience across field marketing, events, digital demand, and campaigns
- ✓Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing ops and attribution
- ✓Experience working closely with sales teams in high-growth environments
- ✓Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
- ✓Bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable outcomes
